1/4 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon red wine
1 tablespoon chopped lemongrass
1 8-ounce center-cut pork chop

1. In a medium-size bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the pork chop. Place the pork chop in the mixture and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.

2. Grill the marinated pork chop on a hot charcoal grill for about 8 minutes total , or until meat is cooked through.

3. Remove from heat and serve with Vietnamese hot sauce or soy sauce.

Serves 1 as an entree
